Alexa Gladstone-Mechanic FNP-BC, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who focuses on a holistic approach to primary care. In addition to her extensive working knowledge of primary medicine, she has formal training in the specialties of cardiology, geriatrics, addiction medicine and lactation support. Passionate about healthy living, Alexa thrives by motivating clients towards personal, dietary and lifestyle goals. She believes that the fullest realization of health involves a balance between the physical, emotional, social and spiritual realms. Her patients tell her they appreciate her diagnostic skills, her approach to wellness and her kind compassion.

A wife and mother, Alexa lives with her husband, Michael, and their four children. The Gladstone-Mechanic family enjoys nature hikes, zoos, reading, travel and all things hockey (Go Bruins!). In her quiet moments, Alexa loves to read (fiction/mysteries) and stay up-to-date with current medical guidelines via podcasts. Alexa received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
